This survey is part of a collaboration between the Polytechnic Center at the University of Memphis, the Herff College of Engineering, the Fogelman College of Business and Economics, and Vista Data. We are partnering with business and community leaders, acting as a tech workforce intermediary between regional employers and the emerging talent pipeline, to research how technology and artificial intelligence are shaping workforce needs in the Mid-South.

Your input will help us:

- Identify the skills and knowledge that matter most for future hiring.

- Understand the opportunities and challenges in adopting new technology.

- Help shape and modernize curriculum, micro-credentials, and workforce development initiatives that deliver real value for employers and employees.

The survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. All your responses will be kept confidential and aggregated to ensure no individual or company is identified.
